What is your return policy?
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new condition and original packaging.
- Only regular priced items may be returned.
- Items must have all She Glam Shop tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items used, damaged or late will not be accepted and will be returned to the address listed on your order.

Unfortunately the following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Free items
If you received the wrong/faulty item you can request a return by sending an email email@example.com
All returns are store credit only. We do NOT currently offer refunds.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued, once we receive your return.
