RETURN POLICY

 

 What is your return policy?

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new condition and original packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be returned.
  • Items must have all She Glam Shop tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  •  Items used, damaged or late will not be accepted and will be returned to the address listed on your order.

Unfortunately the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted items
  • Free items
  • Sunglasses 
  • Jewelry 

If you received the wrong/faulty item you can request a return by sending an email info@sheglamshop.com

 

REFUNDS

All returns are store credit only. We do NOT currently offer refunds.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be issued, once we receive your return.
